1.When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote as soon as we see your inquiry. If it’s very urgent to get the price, please call us after you send us enquiry.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We can provide you our existing sample by free, but shipping cost need to paid by you.

3.When can you delivery the sample?

Exist samples will be dispatched to you within 1 day, you'll receive it within 3~7 days.

4. What should I provide if I want to order products of my own design?

You need to provide digital file of print, size chart, and your requests about pockets,fabric etc.

5. what’s your MOQ(Minimum quantity)?

We offer flexible MOQ, usually 1000~2000 pcs/design/color.

6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by sea. Airline shipment and parcel are also available if you're urgent.

7. When can you delivery the goods?

Customized PP samples needs 7~10 days, bulk production time is based on your request and quantity, usually 40~50 days. But we can also provide priority and rush production for urgent orders.

8. What about the after-sale service?

Our product is brands' quality, and we’ll attach importance to any unsatisfaction from your side. 

9. What can you do for you during the orders?

Before you place orders-----we could give some suggestions for feasible of order’s designs and craft, if you need one. Even if you want some products that we have never exported before, we could also find good factories for you by our rich experiences.

After you place orders-----we will help follow order details and help control quality and show you status of production everyday or every week based on intricate level, and provide necessary suggestions and solutions for you if there’s any queries during productions.In the meantime, we’ll track production  status and  control delivery time to make sure cargo delivered on time.

After production completed-----we will arrange our QC to inspect cargos in factory and make QC report for you to let you know if the goods are produced as ordered and send you SS samples.

Shipment(Logistics)-----Book vessels for you after you approve goods, forwarders we cooperate with could arrange ship for us since they always provide us good services with good price.

Documents-----Provide any other documents you need for your importation such as detail invoice, packing list ,C/O.
